Come out immediately from your town.You are a fresher, you have to learn lot of things about outside world(people).carrier wise try to update some extra stuff like Lab view,Designing etc .Then only you can do something and withstand in this competitive world.
Undeveloped city don’t feed you.Sleeping on the bed and making money not so easy as you think.So you mind it
